Our commitment to ESG

Our progress in delivering Social Value, particularly for our colleagues, reflects the emphasis we have placed on supporting and empowering our teams to deliver outstanding services across the health, justice, and social sectors. Through the introduction of independently verified, annual carbon emissions reporting, we have robust data and year-on-year insights to drive meaningful Environmental Stewardship. We have also laid the foundations for Governance Excellence: the tools, systems, and resources that will enable us to build and improve as we move into our next chapter.

In 2025 we:

• produced Corporate Carbon Footprint Reports for all our businesses, in collaboration with Climate Partner
• made significant investment in continuing professional development of our people
• committed to the Mental Health at Work initiative and provided our people with comprehensive mental health training
• transformed our operations to reduce carbon emissions
• we have more than doubled the number of trained Mental Health First Aiders
• supported national charity campaigns as well as grass roots initiatives that positively impact our communities
