Leadership Team
RCI is led by a team with deep experience across the Health, Justice, Social Care and Insight sectors. They have built, bought and scaled businesses in these sectors and understand the realities of frontline service delivery.
Our Leadership Team combines operational expertise with the commercial discipline to grow a group that now spans four sectors, ten acquisitions and 1,700 employees across the UK.
Helen joined RCI in May 2025, bringing experience leading services and software businesses, blending technical and commercial expertise to drive sustainable growth, value creation, and has expertise managing long-term client relationships across government and private sector.
Raj joined RCI Group in 2018, leading financial transformation and building a focused finance function to support growth. He is an accountant with experience at PwC, Deloitte and Goldman Sachs.
Nick joined RCI in June 2023 as CIO, later assuming CISO and SIRO roles, bringing extensive expertise in strategic planning, technology architecture, cyber security, software development and digital strategy.
Dan joined RCI in November 2023 as Chief Commercial and Legal Officer, an experienced M&A, commercial and legal leader who has led numerous transactions and is a qualified solicitor.
Fay joined RCI in September 2025 as CPO, leading Group People strategy and bringing 20 years’ experience driving performance and transformation across healthcare, private equity and tech‑backed organisations.
Francis joined RCI in 2023 as an experienced Executive Director, bringing strategic, tactical and operational leadership across healthcare, social care, housing and justice, improving outcomes and commercial performance.
Fran leads business growth and operational excellence, with 25 years’ experience leading global teams across public and private sectors, delivering strong operational performance and organic growth.
Kitty joined RCI in April 2022 as Chief of Staff, bringing experience across private and charity sectors and leading ESG, the PMO, acquisitions and key strategic initiatives.

Chris has 25 years of experience creating public/private partnerships and generating growth. His passion for data led decision making has helped define the way RCI operates today.
