Group Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive plays a central role in driving Group growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, creating qualified opportunities and securing meeting activity that enables strong conversion.

This role builds early-stage relationships, showcases our value across health, complex care and justice markets and ensures a consistent pipeline that supports sustainable revenue delivery. The postholder represents the Group with confidence and purpose, raising awareness of our impact and opening doors that enable long term partnerships. while demonstrating empathy, emotional intelligence and an authentic, values-led approach to engagement.

The role also requires early understanding of social-care commissioning pathways, brokerage processes and placement requirements to ensure conversations are accurate, ethical and aligned to real service capability.
