Group HR Advisor

The HR Advisor manages a varied employee relations caseload covering absence, conduct, capability, grievance and performance matters, ensuring cases are progressed fairly and in line with employment legislation and ACAS principles. The role includes coaching managers to handle people issues confidently, supporting organisational change and consultation activity, contributing to policy development, and using people data to identify trends and improve practice.

Overview

The HR Advisor provides professional, pragmatic and risk-aware HR advice across the RCI Group, supporting managers to handle people matters confidently, consistently and in line with employment legislation, policy and best practice.

The role is responsible for managing and advising on a varied employee relations caseload, supporting managers with absence, performance, conduct, capability, wellbeing and change – related matters, while helping to strengthen manager capability and consistent people practice across the Group.
